Common questions

01What if my project doesn't fit a package?

Most don't fit exactly. Packages are starting points. Book a free call and I'll scope something specific to your needs with a fixed quote.

02Do you charge hourly?

Never. Every project is fixed-price, agreed before work starts. If scope changes, I'll quote the change before doing it.

03What's the payment structure?

Quick Fix: 100% upfront. AI Starter: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Full Build: 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 30% on delivery.

04What if the AI doesn't work as expected?

I define success criteria upfront with measurable targets. If the system doesn't meet those targets, I fix it at no extra cost.

05Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. After the included support period, maintenance plans start at £200/month for monitoring, updates, and model retraining.

06Can I upgrade from one package to another?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a Quick Fix, see the value, then move to an AI Starter or Full Build. Previous work is credited toward the upgrade.
