This website is operated by Jamie Blair, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. If you have questions about this policy, use the private message form.

• Contact form submissions - your name, email address, and message content when you use the contact form.
• AI chat messages - free-form text you choose to send to the website assistant is processed to generate a reply. If you explicitly request a follow-up, your chat transcript, name, and email address are stored as a private inbox message.
• Analytics data - anonymised usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) collected via Google Analytics, only with your consent.
• Server logs - IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps retained by the hosting provider (Vercel) for security and debugging purposes.

• To respond to your enquiries via the contact form.
• To generate website-assistant replies and, only when requested, preserve the conversation for a private follow-up.
• To understand how the site is used so I can improve content and performance (analytics).
• To protect the site against abuse and security threats (server logs).

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Chat history is kept in your browser's session storage for the session. A transcript is retained in the private inbox only if you explicitly submit it for follow-up, after which the contact-form retention approach applies.
• Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).
• Server logs are retained by Vercel for up to 30 days.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
